Manatee Beach is located on beautiful Anna Maria Island. It’s a large public beach with free parking, lifeguards, restrooms, picnic tables, showers and the Anna Maria Island beach café. You can get anything from a snack to a full lunch and/or dinner right on the beach!  You can stroll the entire 7.5 mile long Anna Maria Island beach without ever leaving the water’s edge!

 

 

Siesta Beach is located on Beach Road on Siesta Key.  It was named the number #2 Best U.S. beach by "Dr. Beach", Prof. Stephen Leatherman, a coastal science professor at the International University in Miami. Unlike beaches elsewhere that are made up mostly of coral, Siesta Beach's sand is 99% quartz. Even on the hottest days, the sand is so reflective that it feels cool underfoot. They offer year round lifeguard protection, making this one of the safest beaches in the County and great for small children.

 

 

Lido Beach is located on Lido Key. It’s one half mile southwest of the popular destination St. Armand's Circle, a unique shopping area on Ben Franklin Drive. Amenities include restrooms, concessions, gift shop, playground, observation deck, cabana beach rentals and parking for over 400 cars.

 

 

Coquina Beach is located on the south end of Anna Maria Island. It’s one of the largest beaches in the area with all of the amenities you could ask for: plenty of free parking, picnic tables, concessions, lifeguards, playground, restrooms and showers are all available. You can enjoy a boat launch directly across from the beach on the bay side. Enjoy warm weather, sunshine, and breathtaking sunsets that Florida is famous for!

 

Nokomis Beach has 14 miles of white sandy beach!   The Nokomis Beach and Park is comprised of 22 acres with 1,700 feet running alongside the Gulf of Mexico, and 3,200 feet along the Intra-coastal Waterway.  This area is known for its stunning white sand beaches that are ideal for shelling and beachcombing.  All types of other beach activities are available such as swimming, diving, fishing and boating.  Nokomis Beach has lifeguards, free parking, concessions, restrooms and picnic tables.  It is Sarasota County's oldest public beach and is located on Casey Key just west of the Albee Road Bridge.

 

 

Fort De Soto Park in St. Petersburg was named “America’s Top Beach” for the second consecutive year by TripAdvisor, the world's largest online travel community. You get a spectacular combination of soft white sand, clear water, and a laid-back atmosphere.
